| Job Duties: | • Arranges schedules of meetings, creates spreadsheets and presentations, accounting and financial reports, interprets and translates reports between English and Mandarin. • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials and staff members as necessary. • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and project improvement. • Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services all staying within budgetary limits. • Schedule meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities. • Prepares and finalizes business correspondence (often using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation computer software). • Supports recruiting in the sales process and assists in the identification of new business. • Frequently visits existing and potential customers. • Ensures a positive customer service perception and reinforces a value added proposition to customers. • Ensures self and team are capturing and cultivating customer loyalty. • Ensure all new hires are properly on boarded after hire, including appropriate training. • Partner with the Human Resources Department when needed to work through challenging conflicts. • Creates, coordinates and implements plans to achieve week over week sales growth. • Manage inventory of assets and supplies, and receive reports of stocks and supplies from assistants. • Coordinate between departments and operating units in resolving daily administrative and operational problems. Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages. Attend meetings to record minutes. • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Manage and maintain executives schedules. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of two (2) years in clerical or document handling. • Hospitality Management, Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Accounting, Hotel Management background is preferred. • Good interpersonal and Communication skills. • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. • Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures. • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. • Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. • Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. • May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. • Schedules may vary based on business need. • Must be able to work independently or with a team. • Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and Interaction. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. | Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
