| Job Duties: | Repairs and adjusts electrical and mechanical equipment of gasoline- or diesel powered in board or inboard- outboard boat engines, using hand tools, power tools and electrical testing meters. Starts motor and listens to its sound to determine causes of trouble. Tests motor for conformance to manufacturer's specifications, using electrical testing meters. Dismantles motors, using hand tools, and examines parts for defects. Adjusts generator and replaces faulty wiring, using hand tools and soldering iron. Install piston rings, adjusts carburetor, grinds valves, and repairs or replaces reduction gears, and other parts, using lathe, drill press, hand tools, and power tools. Examines propeller and propeller shafts and repairs defective parts. Aligns engine to propeller shaft. May operate boat on water to test repairs. May repair only mechanical equipment of engines, such as power-tilt, bilge pumps, or power take-offs. |

| Comments: | 1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) Workdays are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 PM (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
