| Job Duties: | •Be familiar with all major groups and independent traveler movements in and around the hotel on a daily basis•Handle guests from all over the world, mainly from Asia regions (China, Japan & Korea, etc.)•Organize teams to handle group or FIT luggage and other movements for the shift•Understand anticipated transportation movements for the day•Monitor and ensure all operations of assigned areas including traffic control, luggage counter and valet parking area are being carried out to standard•Ensure smooth operation of Concierge•Ensure management of guests’ luggage and that proper records are kept•Lead and ensure the team to provide proper service for guests requiring air tickets, theatre tickets, car rent, tours and any arrangement which the hotel guests may request are provided•Ensure team members are carrying out job tasks in accordance to company standards•Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and team member satisfaction•Ensure that proper reception of guests on arrival by limousine at the entrance of the hotel is carried out•Handle guest complaints and advise Director – Front Office of any special needs or request•Monitor departmental inventories and assets including per levels and maintenance of equipment•Supervise, mentor, train and schedule and evaluate team members•Understand and communicate the impact of Operations on the overall hotel financial goals and objectives•Prepare efficient work schedule for Concierge, arranging roster, taking into consideration projected occupancy and forecasts and any large group movements, especially those with early or late arrivals or departures.•Ensure guest satisfaction during shift and monitor team members with the same awareness•Adhere to all company policies and procedures •Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to the superior •Perform other related duties as assigned |

| Qualification Requirements: | •Must have two years management level experience in concierge operations in a 5 star hotel / well known property•Bachelor’s Degree Holder or equivalent working experience•Equivalent professional training is preferred•Excellent interpersonal / presentation skills•Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results•Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of performance and exceed targets•Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faced projects and of working under pressure•Proactive and innovative problem solver•Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint•Team player, who values teamwork, has good team building skills and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees•Able to work on flexible shifts including overnight, weekends and holidays on rotation basis•Fluent in English•Ability to communicate in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean or Japanese)•Ability to multi-task |

| Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
