| Job Duties: | Oversee the general operation of the multi-language Guest Relations department, including the concierge and front desk. Assist on interview, hire and evaluate personnel. Answers guest complaints, complete foreign language translations, cater to VIP's, handle special requests and delegate responsibilities as needed. Take and confirm reservations and cancellations. Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest and activities. Collaborate with management to develop and carry-out ideas and procedures, and set goals to continuously improve department performance. Prepare required paperwork pertaining to departmental functions. Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards. Performs other related duties as required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism/Hospitality. Minimum of three (3) years of hospitality and managing multi-departments. Proficient in the use of MS programs such as Excel and Word. Able to operate property management systems such as Opera. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. |

| Comments: | This a temporary, full-time position of at least 35 hours per work week with employment period beginning October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE for Employment offered is for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h). Transportation and subsistence will be provided to the worker from the place of origin to the place of employment. Upon conclusion of the job opportunity, employer will provide the return transportation and substance to the place of origin or place of recruitment (20 CFR 655.423(k)(1)). Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned (20 CFR 655.423(K)). This is a non-exempt position and is eligible to receive overtime compensation in accordance to The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
