| Job Duties: | Restaurant Management: Responsible for managing all restaurant staff and operations at the company's restaurant, Loco & Taco Smoke Dining Bar on Beach Road, Garapan, Saipan. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services. Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving, and building maintenance in lodging and dining facilities. Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner. Order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on menu, or plan menu. Collect payments from customers. Count money and make bank deposits. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted. Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records. Schedule staff hours and assign duties. Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service. Business Development: Plan, direct, manage and market the company's endeavors in multiple business engagements. Find, build and develop new key customer relationship, identify fresh business opportunities, negotiates and closes deals. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities, policies to promote the services and products of the company. Receive instructions on company management and operations and leads from, report to and discuss with the Board of Directors about all operations and current and prospective clients on a daily basis, in Japanese language (all of the company's directors and parent company are based in Japan and cannot communicate effectively in English). Research and prepare plans to present to prospective investors in the CNMI. Solicit listings of real estate properties & present/offer these to prospective Japan or Korean investors who wish to purchase vacation homes or invest on rental of properties. Propose, recommend and persuade investors with viable business plans. Meet with clients referred by the parent company, Solid Co. Ltd Japan and will do open houses, promotion, presentation of plans based on researches, statistics or diagrams. Create & set goals, execute and obtain positive results. Review financial statements, sales activity reports or performance data to measure productivity or goal achievements in order to identify required cost reductions or program improvement. Make cold calls to individuals, groups and companies in Saipan. Create new clientele from Japan, Korean or China markets. Coordinate, make arrangements, settle complaints, from clients. Maintain relationship with existing clients and build new client base. Supervise staff and inform them of their duties. Manage, budget and control funds allocated for marketing or advertising the services or products of the company. Meet with contractors, landowners re contract negotiation, project or construction supervision. Make cold calls to various business organizations regarding real estate development and investment within the CNMI. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Business Management is required. At least three (3) years experience as General Manager of a full-service restaurant is required. Ability in speaking, reading and writing English, Korean, and Japanese languages are required to communicate with the company's Board of Directors and real estate clients who cannot effectively communicate in English. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Must be able to prepare plans or set goals within a specified time frame, execute and achieve positive results. Skilled in strategic planning, budget and resource allocation and coordination of people and resources. Must be result oriented, aggressive with strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to do cold calls to individuals, groups and companies in Saipan. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. The primary place of work is Loco & Taco Smoke Dining Bar at Beach Road, Garapan, Saipan. The regular work hours will be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with a one hour lunch break. * Three-Fourths Guarantee: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. * Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. *Daily Transportation: If the worker needs daily transportation to and from worksites, worker will be provided with daily transportation to and from worksites in compliance with all applicable Federal and Commonwealth laws and regulations. * Overtime Available: Overtime hours will be available to the worker under this job offer and payable for every hour worked at the rate disclosed in this announcement. * Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Worker will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. * Board, Lodging, or Other Facilities: If the employee needs assistance in securing board, lodging or other facilities, the employer will assist worker in securing the board, lodging, or other facilities that the employee needs, at reasonable cost to the employee.
