Job Title: Assistant Manager
Job Duties: 1) Responsible for supporting the General Manager in the management of the entire business operation 2) Takes over or fulfill managerial tasks during General Manager's absence. 3) Supervises employees' tasks and makes sure that customer service is efficiently being fulfilled 4) Tracks the progress weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives 5) Evaluates employees' performance and identify hiring needs to be reported to the General Manager 6) Supervises and motivates staff to perform their best 7) Communicates with clients and evaluate their needs 8) Handles complaints from customer/clients 9) Performs other tasks that the General Manager may assign

Qualification Requirements: 1) With a minimum of two (2) years previous supervisory or managerial level experience 2) Familiar with the products or services being offered by the company 3) Self-motivated and possess desire for self-improvement 4) Responsible and have an initiative to be able to take-over or fulfill General Manager's tasks during absence 5) Team player 6) Dedicated to customer satisfaction 7) Time management skills to meet commitments 8) Multi-tasker 9) Must know how to speak Korean to cater to target market 10) Must know how to operate computer and have knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel 11) Must know how to operate calculators, printers and fax machines 12) Must be able to navigate the internet and be able to send emails 13) Must know how to drive and have a valid CNMI Driver's License 14) Must be able to provide employment certification from previous employer(s) during final interview 15) Must be able to provide valid proof of identity and employment authorization during final interview 16) High School Diploma is required.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Employer offers employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date or need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Employer also offers that, if the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment or employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
