Job Title: Bookkeeping, Accounting and Auditing Clerks
Job Duties: Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations. Operate 10-key calculators, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents. Receive, record, and bank cash, check and vouchers. Code documents according to company procedures. Perform financial calculations, such as amount due, interest charges, balances discounts, equity and principal. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in the records. Prepare examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to access accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Perform general office duties, such as filing and handling routine correspondence. Access computerized financial information to answer general questions as well as those related to specific accounts. Prepare bank deposits by compiling data from cashiers, verifying and balancing receipts, and sending cash, checks, or other forms of payment to banks. Compute deductions for income and social security taxes. Calculate and prepare checks for utilities, taxes, and other payments. Monitor status of loans and accounts to ensure that payments are up to date. Complete and submit tax forms and returns, worker's compensation forms, and other government documents. Prepare trial balances of books. Compile statistical, financial, accounting, or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivables and profit and losses. Maintain inventory records.

Qualification Requirements: Knowledge in Sage Accounting software, Intuit QuickBooks, tax software. Giving full attention to the instructions, taking time to understand the points being made. Asking questions as appropriate. Using mathematics to solve problems. Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. The ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Must be honest and ethical, reliable, responsible and dependable, fulfilling obligations and able to work in a flexible hours. Can perform other duties as may assign by the management. Minimum of 24 months of work experience.

Fringe Benefits: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on Oct. 1, 2019 to September 30, 2022. THREE-FOURTH GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economic and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
