Job Title: Accountant
Job Duties: Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization. Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences. Prepare adjusting journal entries. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Maintain or examine the records of government agencies. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements. Advise in areas such as compensation, employee health care benefits, the design of accounting or data processing systems, or long-range tax or estate plans. To represent company before taxing authorities and provide support during litigation involving financial issues. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel and direct their work activities. Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the description, value, and location of property. Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions to business and financial problems. If necessary, may communicate with and supervise leaders of other departments such as sales representative, purchasing and production teams, regarding accounting-related matters. Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Minimum 2 years of work experience as an accountant. Must have sufficient experience with Peachtree Accounting software,Quickbooks Accounting Software. Microsoft Office programs (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint), internet and e-mail proficiency and other related computer softwares. Preferable to have basic knowledge of a printing company's operations. Flexibility with working hours preferred. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure required.

Fringe Benefits: Compensations: Workers’ Compensation provided. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence Provided: If the worker is traveling from other countries and completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
