Job Title: Assistant Manager - Systems
Job Duties: • Implement and support server/storage/backup solutions with reliable connectivity to support application systems including resilient features for High Availability and Disaster Recovery. • Implement and support system security for the access control and enhance the security level within the server environments including change control policy and security patches implement. • Implement and support Directory Service to support user credentials for login authentication across to the corporate Intranet and manage the user/group rights to access to the AD-integrated applications and file sharing service. • Monitoring and perform action plan to mitigate performance issues on servers/storage/backup systems on a regular basis. • Implement Backup policy and perform it as daily operation and make sure all backup tapes are safety to the storage of data in remote locations. • Re-configure and fine-tune server architecture in co-operation with the operation team for optimal cost effective performance. • Provide guideline and procedure on how to support the ongoing operational tasks while serving to the user departments. • Provide secondary support to network infrastructure issues. • Evaluate new server/ storage/backup technology and produce relevant reports.

Qualification Requirements: •College Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology Related Curriculum a minimum. •Minimum 3 years in server administration and network infrastructure, sound experience on development and operation infrastructure environment design.Experience in systems support in terms of Microsoft server and client products environment. Experience in server and client virtualization infrastructure • Certification: Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus oMicrosoft Certified System Engineer, VMWARE VCP, ITILv3, PMP certification preferred • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: o Good interpersonal and Communication skills. o Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics o Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position o Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures o Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly o Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written o Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need o Must be able to work independently or with a team o Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation. o Extensive knowledge on infrastructure systems, includes but not limited to enterprise data backup infrastructure, antivirus solution, messaging system, authentication system… o Exposure to casino systems and peripherals from major vendors like Bally, I.G.T. and Aristocrat desirable o Extensive knowledge of hotel system components and operations is desirable. o Knowledge of IT compliance practices and operational processes is advantaged • Language Skills: o Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
