| Job Duties: | Food and beverage serving and related workers perform a variety of customer service, food preparation, and c leaning duties in the kitchen facility of M.V. Reyes Catering in Papago, school cafeterias, and other eating and drinking establishments. Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals, prepares and pack meals to be delivered to various sites in the island, practices food safety and sanitary standards based on process app roach HACCP principles, prepares stocks and supplies for next day's production, serves meals and beverages at school cafeterias, cleans and sanitizes work area including within the school cafeteria premises where food and beverages are served, cleans and sanitizes food delivery vehicles. | Qualification Requirements: | Can withstand standing and walking most of the time, able to carry light to heavy items, must have sufficient oral communication skills to communicate effectively with kitchen personnel and management, ability to operate electrical and manual appliances, good customer service, able to handle customer complaints in appropriate manner, neat and well organized, clean police record, physically fit, must have food handler's certificate, and willingness to attend Food Handling Workshop yearly. |
