| Job Duties: | Inspect, operate or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manuals or parts catalogs, as necessary. Assemble, install or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery or equipment. Clean or lubricate shafts, bearings, gears or other parts of machinery. Perform general cleaning duties of buildings or properties. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster drywall or other parts of building structures. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a EPA approved certification. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Knowledge of repair of machines or systems using the needed tools. Determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do the job. Monitor or watch the gauges, dials or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. Ability to install equipment, wiring to meet specifications. Conduct tests and inspections of products, services or processes to evaluate quality of performance. Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents. Ability to talk to others to convey information effectively. Ability to manage one’s own time. Ability to keep hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position. Must be able to exert force to lift, push or carry heavy objects. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
