| Job Duties: | Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks. Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring. Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions. Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency. Install, connect, or adjust thermostats, humidistats, or timers. Connect air conditioning equipment to fuel, water, or refrigerant source to form complete circuit. Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures. Install auxiliary components to cooling equipment. Layout and connect electrical wiring between controls and equipment. Inspect and test systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications or to detect and locate malfunctions. Record and report time, materials, faults, deficiencies, or other unusual occurrences on work orders. Install and test automatic, programmable, or wireless thermostats. Adjust system controls to settings recommended by manufacturer to balance system. Recommend, develop, or perform preventive or general maintenance procedures. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Applicant must have at least 5 years of experience in the same position. Must have training certification for Air Conditioning Maintenance/Repair. Must have extensive knowledge of air conditioning or refrigeration unit maintenance, repair or installation for, automobiles, residences or commercial establishments. Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Applicant must be hardworking, able to multi task and work even under pressure. Must be able to maintain cooperative attitude under stressful circumstances. Applicant must be willing to work flexible time. |
