| Job Duties: | SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep the company’s financial records updated and complete. SPECIFIC TASKS: Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers. Compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profits and losses. Operate computers programmed with the company’s accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations. Prepare and submit monthly reports to the U.S. Department of Transportation as required under 14 CFR 241, also known as the T100 Report. Prepare and submit timely reports to the CNMI Department of Finance Revenue and Taxation and Guam Revenue and Taxation, such reports include monthly Business Gross Receipt Tax and Quarterly Withholding Tax. Prepare and submit timely reports to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service such as the Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return (EQFTR). Checks figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Debit, credit, and total accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using specialized accounting software. Receive, record, and bank cash, checks, and vouchers. Code documents according to company procedures. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in financial records. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on December 30, 2019 to December 29, 2022. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Airlines are covered by the U.S. Railway Act. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform duties assigned. Compensation offered will be determined by the worker's skills, education, and experience.
