| Job Duties: | Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements and or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness & conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit & loss, tax liability or other financial activities within the organization. Report to management regarding finances of the establishment. Establish tables of accounts, assign and post entries to proper accounts. Develop, implement, modify and document record keeping & accounting systems using QuickBooks. Compute taxes owed and prepare Tax Returns ensuring correctness & compliance with reporting, payment or other tax requirements. Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, prepare periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments & obligations to future revenues and expenses. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 1. College graduate with a degree in Accounting. 2. Must have expert knowledge of QuickBooks. 3. Must be able to generate All reports using QB software. 5. Must know how to prepare and file Tax forms 1120, 1040, 940, 941, OS-3705, OS-3105, W3SS, 3710, 1099, 1096 and all other tax requirements. 6. Must be able to perform accounting tasks as outlined in the Job duties. 7. Able to provide current police clearance. |
