| Job Duties: | Prepare detailed drawings of architecture design and plans for buildings and structures according to specifications provided by architect. *Operate aided-drafting (CAD) equipment or conventional drafting station to p roduce design, working drawings, charts, forms, and records. *Analyze building codes, by laws, space and si te requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural design s. *Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation to grap hically represent building plans. *Draw rough and detailed scale plans for foundations, building and structu res, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data. *Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for commercial buildings, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software. |

| Qualification Requirements: | *Must have atleast forty eight (48)months work experience as a Architectural Drafter. *Knowledgeable of design techniques, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans. *Knowledgeable of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repairs of houses or buildings. *Knowledgeable of the practical structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition. *Knowledgeable of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications. *knowledgeable in operating different kinds of computer softwares like CIVIL 3D, CAD, REVIT, SKETCHUP and LUMION 3D. |
