| Job Duties: | SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing, and maintaining paper and electronic files, or write technical materials, such as operating manuals, appendices, or work instructions. May assist in layout work. SPECIFIC TASKS: Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing. Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, or reports, such as presentations or expense, statistical, or monthly reports. Develops, writes, and edits material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures. Organizes material and completes writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology. Reviews published materials and recommends revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction. Liaise with the FAA with regards to transmission and distribution of publications, and other materials as necessary. Maintain records and files of work and revisions. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 01, 2019 to September 30, 2022. THREE-FOURTHS Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Airlines are covered by the U.S. Railway Act. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform duties assigned. Compensation offered will be determined by the worker's skills, education, and experience.
