| Job Title: | OPERATIONAL SERVICE WORKER |
| Job Duties: | Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Gather and empty trash. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours or checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Mow or trim lawns or shrubbery, using mowers or hand or power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds. Make adjustments or minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, or electrical systems. Do other duties task assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be high School graduate or equivalent. At least 1 year experience of work experience as a Janitor. Ability to manage your time efficiently.Work well when supervisors are not present. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Handle basic maintenance, cleaning and other janitorial work. Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. Able to use basic cleaning equipment. Must be willing to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays |
