Job Duties:	Confers with customers in person or by telephone to provide information about products, takes or enters orders, cancels orders and obtains details of customer complaints. Resolves customers' billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money or adjusting bills. Compares disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices and prepares invoices for returned goods. Ensures appropriate changes are made to resolve customers' problems. Keeps records of customer transactions and interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken. Refers unresolved customer grievances to management for further investigation. Solicits sales of new or additional products and completes contract forms. Recommends improvements in products, packaging or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems. Travel to Employer's retail customers in all villages in the MSA of Saipan.

Comments:	The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. The job opportunity requires the workers to travel, in an Employer provided vehicle, to Employer's retail customers in all villages in the MSA of Saipan. Workdays will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Housing is optional. At the worker's option, the Employer will assist the worker in securing housing consisting of a bedroom with shared bathroom, shared kitchen, & shared living room/dining space at a monthly rate, excluding utilities, of $200 per bedroom or $100 if 2-person shared bedroom. The worker is responsible for paying for the cost of the housing. No deduction will be made from the worker's pay for the housing. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the workers at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the workers complete 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the workers’ transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the workers are dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the workers’ reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the workers originally departed to work, except where the workers will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a workers’ voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
