| Job Duties: | •Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Documents laws and regulations that may affect the organization’s policies and procedures. •Ensure employees are complying with internal policies and procedures. •Assist Departments in following existing Internal Control policies and procedures for Compliance. •Maintain and organize Compliance electronic and paper filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, correspondence and other materials. •Maintain communication log of oral and written communications between gaming regulatory agency and Departments. •Assist Departments with reporting to regulatory agencies, as needed. •Assist with office operations by ensuring supplies are stocked, maintained and serviced. •Follow ethical codes that protect the confidentiality of information. •Maintain strict confidentiality at all times to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of all Department matters. •Must be able to fluently read and write Mandarin and Cantonese languages. •Must be able to translate Mandarin and Cantonese correspondence into English, both written and orally, while maintaining message content, context, and style as much as possible. •Possess casino experience to assist the AML team with identifying negative news and performing KYC due diligence of high-risk patrons using traditional Chinese open-source media tools and websites. •Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions. •Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials. •Check original texts or confer with authors to ensure that translations retain the content, meaning, and feeling of the original material. •Ensure and assist that Commonwealth Minimum Control Standards (MICS) are in full compliance and ensure that all discrepancies are investigated in all areas to which gaming is conducted. •Assist with on-site inspections of facility policy and procedures to ensure that the policies and procedures are in place and followed. These spot checks must be done within the time frame designated by the CCC Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS). •Prepare reports of compliance activities and prepare reports of non-compliance concerns, and of sensitive issues regarding gaming compliance that may arise from time to time. •Prepares letters, reports and written summary of findings. •Assist with the compilation of documents for audits, meetings, presentations, etc. •Attends training sessions, seminars and conferences as required. •Must assist with any other duties and/or responsibilities as directed by the Director or VP. Be available to assist with other Department-related duties, as needed. |

May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. | Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
