| Job Duties: | Repair automobiles, trucks, and other vehicles. Repair, replace, and adjust brakes. Perform regular maintenance activities such as oil changes, lubrication and tune-ups. Ensure all important parts are examined including belts, hoses, steering systems, spark plugs, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas. Repair and service vehicle air-conditioning, engine cooling, and electrical systems. Repair manual and automatic transmissions. Repair or replace shock absorbers. Replace or adjust headlights. Install and repair accessories. Test drive and conduct inspection of vehicles to ensure the vehicle is working properly and will meet government regulations and standards. Perform tuning or repair before bringing vehicles to a government-authorized motor shop for final vehicle inspection. Bring the vehicles to the Bureau of Motor Vehicle for registration renewal. Perform other related duties as assigned. |

Must pass a driver's medical certification. Must have a valid driver's license. |
