| Job Duties: | • Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel. • Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules. • Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards or repair requirements. • Conduct or arrange for worker training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use. • Examine objects, systems, or facilities and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs. • Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions. • Perform skilled repair or maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand or power tools, hydraulic presses or shears, or welding equipment. • Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, or disciplinary measures. • Review, evaluate, accept, and coordinate completion of work bid from contractors. • Meet with vendors or suppliers to discuss products used in repair work. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging or other facilities. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
