Job Title: Financial Clerk
Job Duties: Maintains files and financial records. Compiles data, prepares and distributes billing, bank deposits, or related reports. Completes and mails bills, invoices, checks and other financial or budget documents. Copies, distributes, receives, and/or mails letters, bills, memos, statements of account, and other documents and materials. Enter routine financial transactions into accounting systems or files. Review documents to compute fees or charges due, accept payments from customers, and/or apply payments to existing accounts. May review documents such as purchase orders, invoices or other records in order to compute fees and charges due. Compiles requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle questions about orders. Responds to questions from customers and suppliers about the status of orders. Handles requests to change or cancel orders. Makes sure that purchases arrive on schedule and that the items meet the buyer’s specifications. Operates computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information. Reviews files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests. Verifies and corrects accounting and financial information in area of assignment. Follow special instructions from management quickly and precisely. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: TWO OR MORE YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED IN THIS POSITION. ASSOCIATE DEGREE OR AT LEAST 2-YEAR VOCATIONAL COURSE (FOREIGN EQUIVALENCE IS ACCEPTABLE). CAN WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND INDEPENDENTLY. HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS. TEAM PLAYER. COMPUTER LITERATE, PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE. KNOWLEDGE IN PEACHTREE OR SAGE BUSINESS ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE PROGRAME. CAN OPERATE 10-KEY CALCULATORS, TYPEWRITER, AND COPY MACHINES TO PERFORM CALCULATIONS AND PRODUCE DOCUMENTS. HONEST, LOYAL, POLITE, TRUSTWORTHY, ENERGETIC AND HAS A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. ABLE TO MULTI-TASK AND A TEAM PLAYER. HAS A DRIVER’S LICENSE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on September 25, 2019 to September 24, 2020. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.
