| Job Duties: | Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouse, or storage yards. Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouse, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas. Examine and inspect items for wear or defects, reporting any damages to supervisor. Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer. Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stocks, and investigating discrepancies or adjust errors. Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers based on information from incoming requisitions. Disposed of damaged or defective items, or return them to vendors. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Recommend disposal of excess, defective, or obsolete stocks. Keep records on the use or damage of stock or stock handling equipment. Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, price lists, shortages, shipments, expenditure, and goods used or issued. Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environment factors, and physical capabilities of facilities. Compile, review, and maintain date from contracts, purchase orders, requisitions, and other documents to assess supply needs. Determine sequence and release of back orders according to stock availability. Confer with purchasing personnel and vendors regarding stock procurement and availability. Purchase new and additional stock, or prepare documents that provide for such purchases. Drives truck to pick-up incoming stocks. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must obtained certificate on forklift operation. Must obtained post-employment offer of food handler's certification from the CNMI Department of Public Health. Must be able to lift heavy products of up to 50 pounds. Must have basic math skills to weigh, measure, and convert using metric conversion. Must maintain proper personal hygiene. Must posses a valid CNMI issued Driver's License. Must agree to a post-offer pre-employment drug screening test and random drug testing, post-offer pre-employment police clearance record will be applied equally to both U.S. workers and CW-1 workers. Must not have any driving violations within the past three (3) years and must agree to provide post-offer- pre-employment police clearance record. Must obtain required TB clearance, and any necessary certifications, permits, or licenses under applicable CNMI and Federal Laws. |

| Comments: | EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position beginning October 1, 2019 and ending September 30, 2020. WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment of at least thirty-five (35) hours per week. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. The employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties. RECRUITMENT INFORMATION.
