Job Title: Building Maintenance and Repairer
Job Duties: Repair and Maintain physical structures of commercial and industrial establishments, such as factories, office buildings, apartments, houses, logging and mining constructions, using hand power tools. Paints, plumbing fixtures. Repairs plaster and lay bricks. Build sheds other outbuildings and performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Must be able to work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment or the structure of an establishment repair. Should have knowledge on pipe fittings, insulating, welding and carpentry, repairing electrical equipment, repairing buildings, floor and stairs. Applicant must also have good working ethics, reliable, dependable and with a positive attitude.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and must have at least 1 year of work experience. Workdays will be Monday to Friday and work hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.) Transportation and Subsistence: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier.
