| Job Duties: | Performs routine maintenance around commercial buildings. Maintains and repairs refrigerators, water heaters, water pumps, air conditioners, and laundry machines. Must be able to lift more than 50lbs, do general cleaning, bush cutting, and any general up keep to overall buildings and properties. |
