| Job Duties: | Repair, troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul and maintain heavy duty equipment used in transportation, rental, land clearing and similar activities. Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems, using hand or power tools. Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer's specifications. Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment. Perform daily safety and maintenance checks. Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required. Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored. Practice workplace safety. |
