| Job Duties: | Duties may involve welding, carpentry, repairing electrical or plumbing fixtures, installing, aligning & balancing new equipment & repairing buildings floors or stairs. Repairs & replaces woodwork, masonry, paint exterior & interior of buildings. May cut or trim grass using power equipment or hand tools. Repairs plasters & brick, build shed & other outbuildings. May set up tables & chairs. Perform routine maintenance such as maintain generator & water system as required.May transport small equipment tools between departments. Ensure that tools, materials, & vehicles are maintained in good working order & are available at job site when needed. Keep premises clean & orderly condition. Trouble shooting-responds to emergency situation during & after hours for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns. |
