| Job Duties: | Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs. Recommend, select and choose, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and requirements. Compute sales prices, total purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payment. Prepare merchandise for purchase or rental. Answer customers’ questions and inquiries about construction materials and other related merchandise that includes building construction materials its uses and installation and product assembling. Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips. Assist and process inquiries and orders of all customers, such as the local, Chinese and other foreign nationality customers. Can provide warm service to customers who are poor in English speaking and understanding. Take merchandise order and gather information from customer and prepare all materials for invoicing. Prepare invoices and receipts all construction materials and other related merchandise sold and accept and receive any mode of payments made by the customer. Prepare and recommend merchandise for replenishment or purchase. Inventory stock and requisition new stock. Compare and examine all materials issued to the customer are in accordance with the issued invoices for proper control. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma or equivalent is required. Familiar with construction materials with at least 12 months of working experience on this field and customer service oriented. Knowledge of listening, speaking and writing both English and Chinese language with warmly customer receiving skill. Fast worker with good energy and honest quality. Can stand high working pressure and work even on weekend or holiday. Ability to analyze local construction material markets, and ability to access information of the Chinese investors recent projects or coming projects. Ability of calculating and measuring required quantity of materials in accordance with the customer’s provided measurement. Other skills such as active listening, service orientation, coordination and critical thinking. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
