Job Title: JANITORS AND CLEANERS, EXCEPT MAIDS AND HOUSEKEEPING CLEANERS
Job Duties: Must be expert in operating special tools and maintenance equipment; Collect trash and empty waste baskets, trash bins, and ash trays, and transfer to designated disposal area; To maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the whole assigned area, including functions and public or common areas; Clean rugs, carpets, furniture and fixtures, including windows, doors, walls, floors and ceiling; Check, pick up and replenish supplies, materials and equipment from storage to work or assigned areas; To do and maintain ground clean ups to include sweeping and cutting/trimming of plants; Observe precautionary and safety measures required to protect management, customers and/or guests; To report any missing or damaged items for proper accountability; To assist or attend to clients or customer’s needs and requests; To do all other job related works as necessary or as requested by the management and/or clients or customers.

Qualification Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with at least a month to 3 months work experience for the position; honest, upright and hard-working; must have good communication skills, particularly ORAL; can work independently with less supervision; clean and well-organized; hard working, reliable and have a sense of urgency; easy to deal with; must have time management skills.
