| Job Duties: | Directly supervises auto parts clerks and cashiers in an auto parts retail department or establishment. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. Assign employees to specific duties. Enforce safety, health, and security rules. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. May also perform duties of auto parts clerk if necessary. Does other duties as assigned from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Preferably two (2) years of previous work related experience as a Supervisor in an auto parts retail establishment. Preferably a High School Graduate with some courses in the Automotive field. Must have good communication skills, be flexible with schedule, and job duties. Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members. Applicants must pass skilled test during application process. Must be able to work during weekends and holidays when needed. |
