| Job Duties: | Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment and recommend needed changes. Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understanding, referring disputes, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations. Plan, organize, direct control or coordinate the personnel, training or labor relations activities of an organization. Conduct trainings and mandate company policies. Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs. Maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws Perform background checks on job applicants Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed. Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals. Interview job applicants Review and evaluate applicant qualifications or eligibility for specified licensing, according to established guidelines and designated licensing codes. Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms. Evaluate personnel practices to ensure adherence to regulations. Perform other tasks as determined and assigned by Department Head. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Graduate. At least 48 months of Human Resources work related experienced. Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of human resources work and possess highest degree of integrity and trustworthiness. Knowledge of EEO, FLSA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations. Knowledge of principles and procedure for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, payroll system, labor relations, negotiations and personnel information system. Computer literate, has analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to influence others and be able to manage changes. Knowledge in HR Celeritime and Ceridian System is a plus. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evening, weekends and holidays. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing October 01, 2019 to September 30,2020 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: required by 20 CFR655.423(j)(l); If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h).
