| Job Duties: | Preparation of audit schedules and other reports as required by the external auditors and Corporate HQ in Japan. Financial statement preparation and analysis and management reporting. Vouching and consolidation of revenues generated from Front Office, Pro-Shop & Restaurant. Preparation of tax returns as required by both CNMI & Federal laws. Preparation of reports as required by the lease agreement with the Department of Public Lands. Processing of all required permits and licenses to operate business in the CNMI including Staff working permits. P O S ticketing system vouching and record keeping. Maintain General ledger. Accounts reconciliation including but not limited to cash, inventories, receivables & payable. Assists in inventory and supplies procurement. Preparation of various correspondence to Government Agencies, Banks, Agents and Vendors. Prepare contracts for Employees and Agents. Supervise 3 recreation facility attendant that are in-charge of ticketing, recording, collecting payment to Guests, preparing sales & collection report, receiving and recording inventories. Supervise, assists and train staff as needed. Perform other related duties from time to time. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 4 years work experience in Accounting for golf course operation, Pro-Shop and Restaurant all at the same time. Well-verse in preparation of audit schedules and Financial Statements preparation, analysis and Management reporting. Well-verse in Government reporting - taxes, permits, licenses, CW-1 permits. Well verse in MS Office, P O S ticketing systems and Quick Books general ledger modules. Excellent communication skills and should have the ability to represent the Company to various Government Agencies, Vendors and Agents. Can supervise, assists and train staff as needed. Must be honest and able to work with flexible hours and day off. Must posses a valid CNMI driver's license. |

| Comments: | This Job Opportunity for one (1) Accountant is a temporary, full time position with start date of October 01, 2019 to September 30,2022. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence: The employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
