| Job Duties: | 1. Take order from patrons for food and beverages; 2. Check customers and ensure that they are enjoying their meal and take action in case of problems; 3. Check patrons Identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirement for alcohol consumption; 4. Collect and process payments from customers; 5. serve food and beverages and prepare specialty dishes at tables as required; 6. Present menu to patrons and make recommendation upon request; 7. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters and take them to kitchen for cleaning; 8. Prepare drinks, hot or cold and mix drinks, chill bottle of wines; 9. perform cleaning duties, wipre tables, taking trash and mopping floors to ensure cleanliness in the dining area; 10. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up linens, silverware and glasswares. |
