| Job Duties: | Direct and coordinate activities involving sales products, commodities, or other subjects of sale. Resolve customer complaint regarding sales and service. Review operational records and reports to General Manager and determine profitability. Determine price schedules and discount rates. Prepare budget and approved budget expenditures. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluation to develop and control sales and service programs. Direct clerical staff to keep records of bid requests, and credit collections. Advise vendors and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business. Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to secure information on equipment and customer specifications. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products. Assess marketing potential of new and existing store locations, considering statistics and expenditures. |

| Comments: | Micronesian Brokers (CNMI), Inc. is looking to fill one (1) Sales Manager position. Work will be performed in Chalan Pale Arnold Rd corner Pattida Drive, Lower Navy Hill, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. Worker will be paid no less than $14.44 per hour. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Hourly work schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Monday to Friday. Workers will be paid bi-weekly by check. The employer will make all the payroll deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by federal and local law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law. The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 01, 2019 to September 30, 2020. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
