Job Duties:	Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements. • Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders. • Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales. • Maintain customer records, using automated systems. • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms. • Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications. • Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs. • Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. • Select or assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications. • Prepare sales presentations or proposals to explain product specifications. • Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork. • Verify that delivery schedules meet project deadlines. • Identify prospective customers using business directories, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance. • Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules information pertaining to purchased products. • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information. • Stock or distribute resources, such as samples or promotional or educational materials. • Attend sales or trade meetings or read related publications to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, environmental regulations, or industry developments. • Initiate sales campaigns to meet sales and production expectations.

Comments:	Micronesian Brokers (CNMI), Inc. is looking to fill one (3)Sales Representative position. Work will be performed in Chalan Pale Arnold Rd corner Pattida Drive, Lower Navy Hill, Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. Worker will be paid no less than $9.27 per hour. The employer will offer 40 hours of work per week. Hourly work schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m, Monday to Friday. Workers will be paid bi-weekly by check. The employer will make all the payroll deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by federal and local law and will not make any deductions which are not required by law. The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 01, 2019 to September 30, 2020. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
