| Job Duties: | SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Manage, coordinate and control activities at the station particularly cargo and passenger services. Plan, organize, or manage the work of personnel to ensure that customers are provided with assistance in air transportation in a manner consistent with company procedures, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of Transportation, and other applicable regulations. SPECIFIC TASKS: Direct personnel within assigned functional area. Participate in the discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of personnel. Responsible for the training of station personnel. Responsible for compliance with the sections of the FAR’s that relate to station personnel and activities. Responsible for maintaining customer service standards and goals at the station. Responsible for providing a safe working environment for company personnel and customers. Supervise the cargo and passenger operations to ensure all activities are completed safely and in an efficient manner. May perform company specific procedures relevant to acceptance and handling of cargo. Responsible for supervising personnel and performing required operations functions such as radio communications, retention of records and dissemination of information to crew members as may be required. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School/GED required. Requires experience providing customer service for a U.S. Air Carrier as defined in Title 14 Part 119 of the U.S. Code of Federal regulations. Minimum one (1) year experience in a supervisory capacity in the field of customer service or customer relations. Physically able to lift items of at least 50 lbs. Able to perform duties in extreme temperatures and inclement weather. Computer literate, dependable and able to work in a multicultural environment. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 01, 2019 to September 30, 2022. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Airlines are covered by the U.S. Railway Act. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform duties assigned. Compensation offered will be determined by the worker's skills, education, and experience.
