Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, deposit preparations & payroll-compile & balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift. Resolve customer complaints regarding food service, ensure any customer issues are addressed immediately & resolved in a manner that exceeds the customer expectations. Present bills & accept payments. Inspect supplies, equipment & work areas to ensure efficient service & conformance to standards. |
