| Job Duties: | Create lesson plans that are appropriate for the age and abilities of the students in the class. ? Evaluate student performances in class and on tests and provides feedback. ? Assign special projects to students. ? Communicates students? progress to parents, particularly regarding students who need tutoring or other extra assistance. ? Provide appropriate resources and learning materials for students. ? Identify varying teaching methods that work best for students who learn differently. ? Conduct research on assigned course assignment. ? Encourage creativity in students. ? Maintain accurate records of students? progress in class and on examinations. ? Keep order in the classroom and handles student behavior issues in accordance with school system policies. ? Maintain an orderly classroom stocked with appropriate supplies. ? Post grades and sends grade reports to parents as required by the school system. The teacher position will teach classes in 7th-12 grades. Classes will include, math and elective class a foreign language. |

| Qualification Requirements: | The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree preferably in education or related field. Must have at least 12 months experience teaching preferably in a Christian school. Must also be a computer literate, honest, reliable, dependable, team worker, can work with less or without supervision, can work under pressure, dedicated to his/her profession, works with compassion especially towards children, with a teachable spirit, and willing to abide by the rules and regulations of the company. He/she must be of the same faith to carry out the mission and vision of the petitioner. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
