Job Title: Public Relations Specialist
Job Duties: Promote and create intended public image for individuals, groups or organizations; Write press releases or other media communications to promote clients; Establish or maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, or public interest groups; Respond to requests for information from the media; Plan or direct development or communication of programs to maintain favorable public or stockholder perceptions of an organization's accomplishments, agenda, or environmental responsibility; Study the objectives, promotional policies, or needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products, or services; Confer with production or support personnel to produce or coordinate production of advertisements or promotions; Confer with other managers to identify trends or key group interests or concerns or to provide advice on business decisions; Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase product or service awareness or to promote goodwill; Consult with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals; Do other related duties from time to time.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in communication arts or related field; minimum work experience is 24 months; Excellent written and verbal communication skill; Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, rules, composition and grammar; Willing to work on shifting schedules and on week-ends as needed; Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines; Creative, broad range of knowledge, self-motivation and perseverance are valuable; Must be able to express ideas clearly and logically; Must demonstrate good judgment and strong sense of ethics; Possess strong leadership skill.

Comments: This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position. Three-Fourths Guarantee. Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Inbound/Outbound Transportation and Subsistence. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the worker while travelling from employee’s origin to the place of employment, as well as provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
