Job Title: General Manager
Job Duties: Plan, direct, coordinate, oversee & manage activities directly related to daily operations of the beach house at Hyatt beach front, ran by company. Formulate policies, review financial statements, sales and activity reports, performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, and to determine areas needing cost deduction and program improvement. Direct and coordinate activities of company’s departments concerned with the services and sales of the company’s businesses, including administrative activities. Monitor suppliers and vendors to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties, determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees or oversee those personnel processes. Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency. Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members. Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, or evaluation. Plan or direct activities such as sales promotions that require coordination with other departments. Set prices or credit terms for goods or services based on forecasts of customer demand. Perform sales floor work, such as greeting or assisting customers, stocking shelves, or taking inventory. Develop or implement marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions. Recommend locations for new facilities or oversee the remodeling or renovating of current facilities. Implement or oversee environmental management or sustainability programs addressing issues such as recycling, conservation, or waste management. May teach and instruct windsurfing and other marine sports lessons provided by company to customers. Accommodate company’s Japanese tourist customers and vendors in Japanese. Do other related duties.

Qualification Requirements: Minimum 6 months of training on teach and instruct windsurfing and other marine sports skills, and minimum 2 years of job experience as a general manager of a marine sports business. Instructor-level skills and safety knowledges in windsurfing, and basic skills and knowledges in other marine sports such as SUP and paddle boats. Must be able to speak, read and write Japanese language to accommodate tourists, press, and regulars from Japan, which covers huge and stable part of company's customers.

Fringe Benefits: Compensations: Workers’ Compensation provided. 14 days of annual paid vacation offered. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence Provided: If the worker is traveling to CNMI to work in this position, and completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
