| Job Duties: | Perform works involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machine, mechanical equipment, or the structure of the establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting, insulating, welding, machining, carpentry, repairing electrical or mechanical equipment, installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment, and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives, motors, or belts, checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or doing other preventive maintenance actions. Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices. Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. Order parts, supplies, or equipment from catalogs, or suppliers. Plan and lay out repair works, using diagrams, drawings, and maintenance manuals. Perform general cleaning duties of buildings or properties. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. Operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work. Test and treat water supply. Install equipment to improve the energy or operational efficiency of commercial buildings. Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, or tools. Provide grounds keeping services such as landscaping. Fabricate or repair counters, benches, partitions, or other wooden structures, such as sheds or outbuildings. Position, attach, or blow insulating materials to prevent energy losses from buildings, pipes, or other structures or objects. Green tasks. Estimate costs to repair machinery, equipment, or building structures. May perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | MUST BE AT LEAST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE AND WITH A MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE AS A GENERAL MAINTENANCE. MUST HAVE ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL MAINTENANCE. MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF MACHINES AND TOOLS, INCLUDING THEIR DESIGNS, USES, REPAIR, AND MAINTENANCE. MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF MATERIALS, METHODS, AND THE TOOLS INVOLVED IN THE CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR OF HOUSES, BUILDINGS, OR OTHER STRUCTURES SUCH AS ROADS. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF RELEVANT EQUIPMENT, POLICIES, PROCEDURES. MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ADHERENCE TO QUALITY STANDARDS AND HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. MUST BE ABLE TO PRIORITIZE, PLAN, AND ORGANIZE TASK, CREATS, AND FOLLOWS ACTION PLANS, ORGANIZE AND USE RESOURCES EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY. MUST HAVE DETAILED EXECUTION IN HANDLING COMPLEX OPERATIONS IN A FOOD BUSINESS INVOLVING PEOPLE, FACILITIES, AND SUPPLIES OR INVENTORIES. |

WORKERS ARE OFFERED EMPLOYMENT FOR A TOTAL NUMBER OF WORK HOURS EQUAL TO AT LEAST THREE FOURTHS OF THE WORKDAYS OF THE TOTAL PERIOD THAT BEGINS WITH THE FIRST WORKDAY OF EMPLOYMENT AND UP TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE WORK CONTRACT.
