| Job Duties: | Assign employees to specific duties. Supervisor will supervise cashier, bagger, food packer, merchandisers, butchers, and cleaners. Supervisor will ensure store cleanliness, merchandise availability, presentation and pricing, and manage safety, health and security issues. Supervisor will verify end of shift cash reconciliation, and ensure employees check in and out at correct times, and ensure labor labor compliances. Supervisor will deal with all issues that cannot be resolved by cashiers, and manage customer satisfaction. Will supervise 8 employees. |

| Fringe Benefits: | This is a temporary full-time position for three store supervisor to work at Mercantile Capital Corporation dba LJ's I, located at Chalan Pale Arnold Road, Gualo Rai, Saipan. Wage Rate and benefits for Store Supervisor: Successful applicants will be offered a wage rate commensurate with their experience in the range of $9.00 to $10.00 per hour. An overtime rate of $13.50 per hour to $15.00 per hour applies. Work schedule of 42 hours per week. The workdays are Mondays to Sundays, for daily 6 hours, within the hours 8.00am to 5.00pm during the contract period. The position commences on October 1, 2019, with a one-year employment contract. Upon hiring, worker must reside on Saipan. Three-fourths guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
