| Job Duties: | Repairs and performs routine maintenance for building structures and equipment. Inspects structures and tests machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions. Estimates costs to repair machinery, equipment and building structures. Plans and lays out repair work using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals or schematic diagrams. Repairs and performs routine maintenance for buildings, roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall or other parts of building structures; plumbing and other mechanical equipment; air conditioners, including installations and upgrades; electrical components systems, including new connections and upgrades; office equipment such as computers, tablets, printers, copiers and telephones; refrigeration equipment such as commercial beverage coolers; and auxiliary generators. Aligns and balances new equipment after installation. Paints and repairs roofs, windows, doors, floors, drywall and other parts of building structures. Performs general cleaning duties for buildings and properties. Travel to Employer's retail customers in all villages in the MSA of Saipan and may travel once or twice a year to MSA of Rota, NMI and MSA of Tinian, NMI to repair and maintain the company's commercial beverage coolers installed in its retail customers' establishments. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. The job opportunity requires the worker to travel, in an Employer provided vehicle, to Employer's retail customers in all villages in the MSA of Saipan. Worker may also be required to travel, at the Employer’s expense, once or twice a year to MSA of Rota, NMI and MSA of Tinian, NMI to repair and maintain the company's commercial beverage coolers installed in its retail customers' establishments. Workdays will be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
