Job Duties: Clean classrooms and daycare floors and hallways by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming Clean and re-arrange grade student's seats ready following day use classroom, playrooms, diaper changing rooms. Clean, sanitizes toys and all other daycare items use in caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Clean toilets and wash rooms Clean playgrounds from trash; inspect playgrounds for tripping hazards, pointed or sharp objects that can hurt students, Gather and empty trash. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment. Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Clean laboratory equipment, such as glassware or metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, or power cleaning equipment. Mow or trim lawns or shrubbery, using mowers or hand or power trimmers, and clear debris from grounds. Set up, arrange, or remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, or scaffolding to prepare facilities for events, such as banquets or meetings. Make adjustments or minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing, or electrical systems.

Comments: 1. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. 2. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer w ill provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer w ill provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except w here the worker w ill not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or w here the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement w ill be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. 3.Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. 4. On-the-Job Training Available: Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned.
