| Job Duties: | Lead a team of bakers in producing in a bakery. Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods. Adapt the quality the quality of ingredients, supplies, raw materials and other goods to match the amount of items ordered and to be baked. Check the quality of raw materials to ensure that standards and specifications are met. Check bakery equipment to ensure that it meets health and safety regulations and perform maintenance or cleaning, as necessary. Order or received supplies or equipment. Prepare or maintained inventory or production records. Develop new recipes for baked goods. Recommends shift schedules for each employee based upon the coverage needs of the bakery for management approval. Takes customer orders, answer questions, hears complaints and make suggestions based on the matter presented. Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate that they meet company quality standards. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a least 12-months of previous bakery experience. Must possess basic math skills to precisely convert weight of ingredients using the Metric conversion. Must be able to understand and implement written and verbal instructions in English language. Must obtain tuberculosis (TB) clearance certificate. Must obtain food handler's certificate from the CNMI Department of Public Health. Job duties require standing and walking for most of the entire shift. Must have finger dexterity to use some utensils,equipment, and scale for developing, evaluating, and implementing new recipes. Must be able to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, and evening shifts. Extensive knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques to maximize the manufacturing and distribution of goods. Must be able to lead, train and coach team of bakers. |

| Comments: | EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position beginning October 1, 2019 and ending September 30, 2020. WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment of at least thirty-five (35) hours per week. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE. The employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties. RECRUITMENT INFORMATION.
