Job Title: STOCK CLERK
Job Duties: Receive,store,and issue sales floor merchandise.Stock shelves, rack cases, bins,and tables with merchandise and arrange merchandise displays to attract customers.Periodically take physical count of stock or check merchandise.Answer customers questions about merchandise and advice customers on merchandise selection. Take inventory or examine merchandise to be reordered or replenished.Pack customer purchases in bags or cartons.Stock shelves,racks,cases,bins,and tables with new or transferred merchandise. Arrange properties,furniture,merchandise,backdrops and other accessories.Receive,open,unpack and issue sales floor merchandise.Transport package to customer? vehicle or deliver it to specified location.Clean display cases,shelves,and aisles,Compare merchandise invoices to item actually received to ensure that shipments are correct.Requisition merchandise from supplier based on available space,merchandise on hand,customer demand,or advertised specials.Stamp,attach,or change price tags on merchandise,referring to price list.Design and set up advertising sign and display of merchandise on shelves,counters,or tables to attract customers and promote sales.

TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE:If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contact period,the employer will provide,reimburse,or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment tothe place of work.Upon completion of the work contract or where the workers is dismissed earlier,the employer will provide or pay for the workers reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work .Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier,the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work,except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.The amount of the transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
