| Job Duties: | Perform tasks involving physical labor at building and heavy company construction projects. Will clean and prepare sites, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris. Perform labor trades. May operate and maintain earthmoving equipment. Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on the campus. Other duties may include minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment and some construction as necessary with the supervision of the supervisor. You may perform other duties that are customarily performed in the construction and maintenance department of the school. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to the ministries of the school. |

| Qualification Requirements: | The candidate must be a team worker, reliable and dependable. He must always be available and dependable work attendance. Must be honest, and willing to abide by the rules and regulations of the company. Experience working in a Christian school environment is a plus, professional, and willing to adhere to the rules and regulations of the employer. One year or more of on the job experience in maintenance with experience in a multi-unit environment preferred. Ability to perform under pressure. Strong professional communication skills. Self- motivated and able to work alone with minimal supervision. Ability to read small print Ability to perform basic math calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug screen, including marijuana should it be necessary. Ability to use and operate maintenance tools. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on September 30, 2019 to September 30, 2020 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
