| Job Duties: | Determine the quantity and orientation of cargo and compute an aircraft's center of gravity. Direct ground crews in the loading, unloading, securing, or staging of aircraft cargo or baggage. Train new employees in areas such as safety procedures or equipment operation. Distribute cargo in such a manner that space use is maximized. Calculate load weights for different aircraft compartments, using charts and computers. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. One (1) year work experience as Operations Supervisor. Skilled in the use of various operating systems: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions. Knowledge of principles and methods for moving people or goods by air, rail, sea, or road, including the relative costs and benefits. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Thorough knowledge in all areas of ramp, cargo and flight operations. Knowledgeable in FAA, ICAO, IATA, TSA, local airport and airline regulations. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
