| Job Duties: | Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Monitor Building security and safety by performing routine tasks such as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Maintenance activities, service, clean and supply restrooms, gather and empty trash, clean building inside and outside by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Notify management of need for repairs, and requisitions of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties. Monitor building premises to ensure occupant or visitor safety. Other related duties that may be needed. |
