| Job Duties: | The Store Supervisor shall assign employees to specific duties. Direct and supervise cashiers, baggers, cleaners and merchandisers. Enforce safety, health and security rules. Review stock takes, review cash receipt reconciliations Ensure store cleanliness and presentation and help-out in customer inquiries, public and enforcement agencies inquiries. Confer with company owners to ensure store attractiveness, competitiveness, and employee management issues. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have experience in fast moving consumer goods in supermarkets or retail stores of at least 12 months. Must have supervised at least four workers. Able to communicate, read and write. Working knowledge and certification in alcohol and tobacco for selling such products. Understanding of time and age restricted products compliance. Working knowledge of food safety requirements in retailing industry. Working knowledge of USDA regulations pertaining to Food Stamps acceptances and prohibitions. Applicants must have completed high school or GED. No training is provided, so applicants experience must demonstrate ability to perform the job responsibilities at commencement. |

| Comments: | The workdays are Mondays to Fridays (7 hours, from 8.00pm to 5.00pm, night to next day afternoon flexible hours as required) and 3 hours on Saturdays and Sundays every week during the contract period. The position commences on October 1, 2019, with a one year employment contract. No fringe benefits are available. No food, or daily transportation or housing is offered. Three-fourths guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Place of Work: The employment is for LJ’s II, located on Chalan Pale Arnold Saipan. Applicants will have to reside on Saipan to be able to perform the duties and responsibilities.
